Do any of your cities have best practices or a policy for dealing with first amendment video groups? As always, anything is appreciated.

Jena, our City Attorney's Office did a training for our Fire Department on this topic. The PowerPoint is attached. It's focused on Fire obviously, but might be helpful nonetheless.
